3 is my favorite number-and other tidbits

3 is my favorite number. In fact, I used to wear a necklace with a big 3 on it, so much so that everyone I worked with called me Number 3. My friend who was from the Dominican Republic called me Numero Tres. That was my favorite. I’m not one to brag so I will humbly/not so humbly say that I was wearing 3’s way before Chance the Rapper was on the scene. Just sayin’

Anywho, that is a very random segue to tell you that yesterday on 3/3 (which I deign a very lucky day), I played a live-stream on IG and FB and had a grand ol’ time.

I’ve been learning a lot these days about showing up as the imperfect human that I am. That’s what I did last night. Showed up. Humanly. Imperfectly.

I’m going live on Instagram and Facebook every Wednesday in March to celebrate Women’s History Month at 7pm EST. I’ll be doing 1-2 songs as a mid-week pick-me-up. I’m thinking about calling it “Hump Day Joy Injection” . What do you think? Alright, fine, I’ll workshop it.

It leads up to the big mama bajamba show on Wednesday March 31st in collaboration with “We are Cat Call” and “Imperfect Fifth”. More deets on that later.
