My Dear Friend, CB

Have you ever heard me talk about my dear friend CB who was a HUGE part of my life in San Francisco? To know CB was to love him. We had a very special friendship that meant so much to me. 

Ceebs, as I called him, passed away on November 16, 2020 and left the community in SF with a huge hole in their hearts. 💕 

That night, I wrote a song as it was the only way I knew how to deal with my grief. He really was the greatest light and one of my favorite people on earth. 

I then had the honor of playing it at his “celebration of life” in San Francisco in September of 2021. 

The song I wrote is available for order on vinyl and this is the last week that you can order. It's a song that people have strong reactions to whether they knew him or not. 

I want everyone who might want a copy to be able to get one. I got so many kind words about it and how it expressed exactly what everyone was feeling.

Ceebs would love the idea of us listening to his song on a record player! I can picture his face now. “Ooooeeeee. I know that’s right” ❤️

It’s a one-of-a-kind record, so you will have the only copy like it in the world. I like to think of it as your very own tangible snowflake. Even if 7 people order this song, there will be 7 different versions. I play it live each time. If you’d like to give it as a gift, I can dedicate it as well. 

I go into the studio next Monday, two days before the anniversary of his passing. The song is called “Song for CB”.
