Song in Your Box, Week Twenty-Nine

The snow has turned to rain and now it is muddy and sloshy in the streets of New York. But I gotta say-I'm not hating the winter! Is that crazy? I mean, sure it's cold, and sometimes painful, but there's also something nice about staying indoors, drinking red wine, and looking forward to spring/summer. I thought I was going to be a lot more miserable in the cold, but I'm doing OK:)

Moving right along into the second half of my project. There have been many points at which I wonder "Why the hell am I doing this?" and "Do I really need 52 songs?"...(the answers to which are "to be a better song-writer" and "no"). Happy Half-Birthday to "Song in Your Box"!!!

Holy shit, folks. Yeah that's right. I said it. Holy shit! I am at the half-way point of my year of "Song in Your Box." Twenty-six mother-lovin' songs. It seems absurd that I started this in the summer, right after my big cross-country move and now it's winter, I've been here 6 months and I have a boat-load of new songs.
