Change is Coming
/I want to share a short live-stream that I did earlier today that I feel might help you in these trying times.
I know anxiety is through the roof right now. So much uncertainty. So much fear. Have you been breathing? Breathing is one of the things I have to remind myself to do constantly and it helps so much. Did you know that long exhales actually calm down the nervous system?
I hopped on IG and FB live to lead us in taking a few collective deep breaths and then I played a song that's been helping me feel better about things. It's a song I wrote called "Change is Coming".
My intention was for it to be short and sweet. 6 minutes of your time so you can take a few deep breaths with me and just listen to a song and be in the present moment for those 6 minutes. If all you can do are 3 deep breaths, you're doing great:)
